SK하이닉스 직원 A씨는 "PS 지급 방식이 기존 현금 100%에서 일부 주식으로 바뀌는 불이익에 찬성하는 것이 이해되지 않는다"며 "(기술사무직) 노조가 조합원의 이익을 대변하는 조직이 아닌 것 같다"고 비판했다.사무직 노조 탈퇴 이어져…통합노조 가입자 수 늘어전날 투표 이후 사무직 노조 탈퇴 움직임도 빨라지고 있다. 실제 온오프라인에서 노조 탈퇴 문의가 잇따르는 상황이다.급기야 김정흥 사무직 노조위원장은 조합원 공지를 통해 "잠정 합의를 마무리한 이후 많은 분이 탈퇴를 선택하고 계셔서 마음이 무겁다"며 "매년 사무지회는 투표 이후 결과에 반대했던 일부 조합원의 이탈이 있었다"고 밝혔다.앞서 지난 13일 전임직과 사무직을 아우르는 SK하이닉스 통합노조가 출범했다. 통합노조 TF는 "장기 적용을 전제로 합의된 PS를 주식으로 바꾸려는 시도가 근로자에게 불리한 취업규칙 변경 등에 해당해 근로기준법에 따른 집단적 동의가 필요할 경우 적법한 절차로 막겠다"며 △PS 현금 100% 지급 △영업이익 10% 정상화(현재 9.09%) △성과급 재원 투명화 등을 요구하고 있다.기존 노조를 탈퇴하고 통합노조로 갈아탄 직원들도 다수다. 통합노조 조합원 수는 26일 오후 현재 3471명으로 하루 사이 100명가량 늘었다.이에 김정흥 노조위원장은 "올해 신규 노조가 출범하면서 일부 조합원의 이탈 움직임이 더욱 크게 나타나는 것 같다"며 "잠시 불만이나 아쉬움이 있더라도 탈퇴로 대응하기보다 조합 안에서 충분히 소통하고 부족했던 부분은 함께 고민하며 해결해 나갔으면 한다"고 말했다.。  Flights between China and South Korea remained at a high level in the past two weeks, supported by network expansion and rising demand, industry data showed on Monday. From January to July, seat capacity on Jeju Air's South Korea-China routes grew by 26.8 percent year-on-year to 494,300 seats, while passenger traffic rose by 37.4 percent year-on-year to 427,300 travelers, and the load factor climbed 6.6 percentage points to 86.4 percent.
