一 |       北京8月10日电（记者吴雨、任军）中国人民银行8月10日发布消息称，已印发《中国人民银行“十五五”改革发展规划》，并配套制定出台了9份相关细分领域的行动方案，就“十五五”时期中国人民银行改革发展重点任务作出部署。

四 | 完善多类别、多层次金融市场体系，进一步丰富金融市场业态，更好发挥金融市场功能。稳妥推进金融高水平对外开放。推进人民币国际化，拓展人民币在国际贸易和投融资中的使用。深化金融市场双向开放，加强金融基础设施跨境互联互通。  记者了解到，中国人民银行还将优化金融基础设施和中央银行服务体系。推动形成布局合理、治理有效、先进可靠、富有弹性的金融基础设施体系。稳步发展数字人民币，推进征信业高质量发展，强化反洗钱监管等。  中国人民银行表示，“十五五”时期将全力推动规划各项举措落实落地，加快建设金融强国、服务经济高质量发展。
